Keep your home address off the public registers
It is a legal requirement that all UK limited companies must have a registered office, which must be a situated at a physical location in the United Kingdom. It can be your business address, your accountant’s address or even our registered offices.
The registered office must be an address where you will be able to deal with any official documents that you receive from Companies House or HMRC. The address will appear on public record and should also be displayed on company paperwork and any company websites. It must be a full UK postal address and not a PO Box.
All mail received from Companies House and HMRC will be forwarded to you free of charge.
